      1. Contract Documents (Contracting Language, Plans, Specifications) have been submitted and approved.
      2. We are currently working on the permits and ROW map.
    2. TCEQ Coordination
      1. Submitted to TCEQ on October 18, 2024
      2. Anticipate a 60-Day Review
    3. Surveying
      1. Scope Remaining:

                                                                  i.      One additional Gas Line Crossing along I-10

                                                                 ii.      Airport Tank Site

          1. at the entrance to the airport building
          2. at the exit of the airport building
          3. at the fence line at the building
          4. before the 45 deg bend along 285.
          5. After the 45 deg bend along 285

      5. Execution of Contracts – 30 days (April – May 2024)
      6. Construction (Likely 3 Contracts: Wells/Pump Station, Storage Tank, Water Line) – 365 days (June 2025 – June 2026)
