Pecos County WCID celebrates 100 years of service

Pecos County Judge Joe Shuster recognized the Pecos County Water Control and Improvement District 1 on January 25, 2012.  The Pecos County Irrigation District was formed October, 1920.  Present were Dudley McKissack, President, Paul Weatherby, Vice President and Billy Gonzales, General Manager
